Refund policy

Unboxing video is mandatory for all returns and exchanges. 

Return Window: You have 2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. For other issues, you can always request for an exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
  • Returns are accepted for damaged products & other valid reasons. If returning for no valid reason, you must exchange for an item of equal value. Otherwise, a refund will be issued as a gift card.

How to initiate a Return: Contact us at support@shopthyme.in / WhatsApp to start a return. We will provide further instructions upon approval. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 1 day and delivered within 2-6 working days.

Refunds and Cancellations:

If you have a valid reason to return the product, you can choose a full refund in your bank account.

Cancellations are accepted only if the order hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Custom Orders: For custom orders, DM us on Instagram @shopthyme.in. Custom pieces are non-returnable, and cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed. If a custom item arrives damaged, notify us the same day.
